Delivery area

We offer free standard shipping to addresses in Canada that are accepted at checkout.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard transit usually takes 4–6 business days, for an expected total delivery time of 5–8 business days.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send tracking details to the contact information supplied at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a parcel is accepted.

Delays and delivery issues

Weather, carrier capacity, rural routes, holidays and address issues can affect delivery estimates. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
